14 Year Wedding Anniversary

On February 23rd we celebrated our 14 year wedding anniversary! We had a great day just spending time together then had a tasty dinner that evening. How blessed we are to have such an awesome marriage. I never get tired of this guy. ;-)

We started the day on the golf course. I enjoyed watching Mondo do his thing.

Then we headed over to the Botanic Gardens in Ft. Worth.

We checked out all of the beautiful scenery and worked on our selfies. ;-)

That evening we ate dinner at Trulucks. It was pretty tasty and we definitely enjoyed a nice, kid free dinner!

I was so surprised at the gift Mondo gave me! It was a beautiful diamond necklace. I love it and wear it all the time!

Words cannot describe the love I feel for this man. I'm so blessed to have married such a wonderful husband and father and look forward to many, many more years to come!

Silver Heart Banquet

Every year at church we have a "Silver Heart Banquet" which is like a Valentine's party for the older crowd at church. Ethan was excited to get to help serve this year since he's a big 5th grader. Mondo and I helped prep and serve the dessert and Caleb sang a song with a group of kids. It was a fun night!

Ethan's 11th Birthday

Ethan requested a Jordan Spieth cake so this is what I came up with.

We went super simple on the "party" and just had a friend over. We went to play video games and then back to our house for a sleepover.

We ate lunch with him at school on his actual birthday.

For bday dinner he requested Babe's Chicken. Yummy!

So of course he deserved some Bahama Bucks!!

This was the January birthday celebration at my parent's. My Dad and my niece Morgan share a birthday. :-)
