Ethan on the Golf Channel!

Ethan had the opportunity to be a part of taping a live show for the Golf Channel! It was National Instruction Day and the special guest was Jordan Spieth's coach!

All decked out in Jr. PGA gear.

He was able to sit front row and watch how they taped the live show. So cool!

Ethan's golf coach.

Mondo and I sat in the audience...and were sweating to death...but it was still awesome to be a part of it!

He got to meet Jordan's coach Cam McCormick and got his autograph on his hat! He said it was the best day ever!

And there is my little guy...on TV!  We are blessed to be able to provide him with these moments. :-)

Spring Orchestra Concert

It was amazing to see how much improvement there was from the fall to the spring concert. There was actually a little harmony. ;-) I love to hear him play.

The whole 5th grade orchestra.

Taking a bow when they were done.

His orchestra teacher.

Nana, Papa, and Aunt Ree came to hear him too!

And Caleb had to show off his art work in the hallway. :-)

Ethan's 5th Grade Field Trip

For Ethan's 5th grade field trip, we went to the Perot Museum! I was excited to go because we had never been there before. I was in charge of a group of 7 kids (including Ethan). Yikes! Luckily it went much better than his 1st grade field trip the museum. That was a nightmare! For this field trip, we walked around for about an hour and a half then had lunch outside...then it was time to go back to school. Easy enough!

Here's my group of rascals.

There was a sound booth where kids could play a few instruments.

I had to peel them away from this area. Remote control cars. Enough said.

This was pretty funny. This was supposed to be informative about the different areas of your body that put off heat. But they ended up just watching themselves dance. ;-)

Ethan's teacher and some friends.

You can't tell from this pic...but they were on a platform that was shaking like an earthquake. There was a lot of screaming....

This was another area where they chose to dance and be silly instead of act like weathermen like they were supposed to. ;-)

The dino exhibit is always a hit.

This was really cool. You stand in front of the tv screen and act like you're flying like a bird. There is a forest on the screen and depending on the way you move the screen shifts around.

Selfie time!

Everywhere he touched would light up. Pretty cool.

Another field trip in the books for Ethan and momma! :-)
