Ethan's 5th Grade Field Trip

For Ethan's 5th grade field trip, we went to the Perot Museum! I was excited to go because we had never been there before. I was in charge of a group of 7 kids (including Ethan). Yikes! Luckily it went much better than his 1st grade field trip the museum. That was a nightmare! For this field trip, we walked around for about an hour and a half then had lunch outside...then it was time to go back to school. Easy enough!

Here's my group of rascals.

There was a sound booth where kids could play a few instruments.

I had to peel them away from this area. Remote control cars. Enough said.

This was pretty funny. This was supposed to be informative about the different areas of your body that put off heat. But they ended up just watching themselves dance. ;-)

Ethan's teacher and some friends.

You can't tell from this pic...but they were on a platform that was shaking like an earthquake. There was a lot of screaming....

This was another area where they chose to dance and be silly instead of act like weathermen like they were supposed to. ;-)

The dino exhibit is always a hit.

This was really cool. You stand in front of the tv screen and act like you're flying like a bird. There is a forest on the screen and depending on the way you move the screen shifts around.

Selfie time!

Everywhere he touched would light up. Pretty cool.

Another field trip in the books for Ethan and momma! :-)
