For the past few years, our church has had a picnic in the park to help promote showing our faith to the community and hopefully gain some new members. We had a cookout, live music, games, and singing. It's always a great time but super hot! This year we were at Joe Pool Lake.

| Mondo always enjoys helping on the grill. That was a LOT of burgers and hot dogs to cook for around 200 people! |

| The kids loved playing in sand volleyball area. They treated it like a beach! |

| Of course they couldn't resist taking their shoes off and getting in the water. Just deep enough to skip some rocks. :-) |

At the end of the picnic we all sang some songs together. Sounded really pretty outside.
It was a super hot event but we had a great time and look forward to doing it again! |
